1. Schedule a Meeting<\/h5>
To begin, we encourage parents to schedule a meeting with our Deputy Principal or Pedagogical Coordinator. These important members of our team are here to explain everything about our school and to answer any questions you may have. This is also a perfect opportunity to introduce your child to us! You can easily arrange the meeting by emailing or calling the school.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

2. Fill Out the Reservation Form<\/h5>
Once you're ready, complete and sign the reservation form:<\/br> \u2022 Childcare:<\/b><\/br> \u2022 Preschool:<\/b><\/br> \u2022 Primary:<\/b><\/br> \u2022 Highschool:<\/b><\/br>\nYou can then send it to secretariat@eijc.nc<\/a>\n for the primary and secretariat.hs@eijc.nc<\/a> for the high school or drop it off in person at our school.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

3. Reservation Fee Payment<\/h5>
After the reservation fee has been paid, the school secretary will send you a Docusign. It\u2019s important that you complete and sign this form to proceed with the enrolment.\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

4. Submit Required Documents<\/h5>
To ensure we can continue with the enrollment process, we kindly ask that you provide the following documents:<\/br> \u2022 Livret de famille<\/b><\/br> \u2022 Identification cards of both parents and the child<\/b><\/br> \u2022 A medical certificate for sports activities<\/b><\/br> \u2022 Updated vaccination list<\/b><\/br> \u2022 School documents (certificat de radiation, report cards)<\/b><\/br> \u2022 Medical records (if applicable)<\/b><\/br>\nPlease note that if any of these documents are missing or incomplete, the enrollment process may be delayed or cannot be finalized.\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

5. Finalizing Enrolment<\/h5>
Once you\u2019ve completed the Docusign and confirmed your payment method, the school office will send you an email with the final steps to complete the enrollment.\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

6. School Uniform<\/h5>
Lastly, parents can visit James Cook Online<\/a> to purchase the school uniform and ensure your child is all set for the school year ahead.\nWe\u2019re excited to partner with you in your child\u2019s educational journey and are here to support you every step of the way.
