We are thrilled that you're considering our school for your child’s education! Our enrolment process is designed to be straightforward and efficient. Here's how it works:
1. Schedule a Meeting
To begin, we encourage parents to schedule a meeting with our Deputy Principal or Pedagogical Coordinator. These important members of our team are here to explain everything about our school and to answer any questions you may have. This is also a perfect opportunity to introduce your child to us! You can easily arrange the meeting by emailing or calling the school.
2. Fill Out the Reservation Form
Once you're ready, complete and sign the reservation form: • Childcare: • Preschool: • Primary: • Highschool:
You can then send it to secretariat@eijc.nc
for the primary and secretariat.hs@eijc.nc for the high school or drop it off in person at our school.
3. Reservation Fee Payment
After the reservation fee has been paid, the school secretary will send you a Docusign. It’s important that you complete and sign this form to proceed with the enrolment.
4. Submit Required Documents
To ensure we can continue with the enrollment process, we kindly ask that you provide the following documents: • Livret de famille • Identification cards of both parents and the child • A medical certificate for sports activities • Updated vaccination list • School documents (certificat de radiation, report cards) • Medical records (if applicable)
Please note that if any of these documents are missing or incomplete, the enrollment process may be delayed or cannot be finalized.
5. Finalizing Enrolment
Once you’ve completed the Docusign and confirmed your payment method, the school office will send you an email with the final steps to complete the enrollment.
6. School Uniform
Lastly, parents can visit Uniform Shop to purchase the school uniform and ensure your child is all set for the school year ahead.
